Westcountry Storage Solutions.com are here to make it easy for you to rent space. First calculate the space required and get a quote. You can book your own storage space, or contact us to book it for you. If the space is not available we can offer you a larger unit at NO extra cost, until your initial booked space becomes available.
We are here to help. If you have any queries please phone or e-mail. We are flexible and will try to work around YOUR needs.
When you arrive we will ask you for the following:
- Two forms of Identification. A passport OR driving licence with photo.
- A utility bill to confirm your place of residence. (less than 3 months old)
Payments can be made by direct debit, credit card or cleared funds by cheque. We require one months rental (plus vat) payable in advance plus a deposit of one months equivalent rent (no vat). This is refundable once you vacate your unit.
Any unused days in a calendar month which has been paid for in advance, will be refunded after the initial first month. We need to be notified 7 days in advance of your intention to vacate the unit.
We have a selection of trolleys for your use or we have an operated forklift available for heavier loads.
You will need your own padlock to secure your unit or locker. Padlocks, bubble wrap, tape, boxes etc can purchased from our Shop
We would ask you to insure your goods, while in storage with us. Please ask for details at the office.
If you do not wish your goods to be insured, we insist that you sign a disclaimer before putting items in the units.

Own insurance is required and policy document will need to be produced. The operator will not be held responsible for any loss or damage. Terms & Conditions are available on request. |
